Beautiful chairs with a minor flaw

A really lovely chair, but it has a few minor manufacturing flaws – some bubbles are visible on the legs – which is a shame.

White and wood chair

It’s really lovely and comfortable – it’s a shame I received one with a dent on the side and that you have to put a towel underneath it when you sit on it in jeans, as it rubs off on them. Apart from that, everything’s fine.

Received a damaged product

I am very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I have received a damaged product. So far, customer service has been making unreasonable demands regarding proof of the defect.

Bien Sofa

The sofa is lovely, very stylish. The only downside is that the delivery company they use is terrible… delivery took over a week

Sturdy and as described

The stool is exactly as described and the quality is excellent. One of its corners punctured the packaging during transit, but it wasn’t damaged at all — proof of its sturdiness. Fast delivery; I’m satisfied.
