It was the first purchase and certainly will not be the last. Despite coming well packaged a piece was damaged, I took photos and sent them within the time limit established for the change. And they have sent me the parts again without any problem. I am very happy with the service because anyone can sell and more in this medium that we are the users who buy. Compared to real Kartell chairs, the plastic is less shiny and rougher, and you can see the heat-sealing marks, but without looking at the details, they are very beautiful!
