Great customer service!

Unfortunately, our coffee table arrived damaged and part of the order had gone missing in transit. Judith from FurnMod sorted everything out perfectly and in a very customer-friendly manner, and she also kept us well informed. The quality of the coffee table is also very good.

It's absolutely first class

Dear FurnMod Team,
The chairs arrived safely, and when I unpacked them I was truly amazed by how beautiful and high-quality the craftsmanship is. Absolutely first class. Beyond the quality itself, they are also very comfortable and provide excellent support for the lower back and back. And they look incredible as well.
Their final place will be in a recording studio. Once I finish the renovation, I will send you some photos.
I am very happy with them and I would like to thank you very much.

Beautiful chairs of excellent quality

We bought four chairs and they look really great. They’re comfortable to sit on and well made. Putting them together was a bit tricky, but doable.

Great chair and excellent customer service

Delivery was incredibly quick and assembly was quite straightforward, despite the lack of instructions. The chair is exactly what I was hoping for – even though it has a few minor flaws, such as scratches and grooves on the wooden frame, etc. – but I didn’t want to go to the trouble of returning it, and I needed the chair urgently. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly by customer service and I received generous compensation.
So I would highly recommend them all round and this certainly won’t be my last order.
