Received a damaged product

I am very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, I have received a damaged product. So far, customer service has been making unreasonable demands regarding proof of the defect.

Inadequate packaging

The item was very poorly packaged and arrived at its destination with heavy scratches on the top.
