The products are satisfactory, but their delivery by DPD leaves something to be desired: unannounced delivery, next appointment not respected, unannounced delivery again, etc. What a pity! It's a shame, because it's Dream's image that suffers.

excellent customer service

I found the customer service to be excellent; since they could not provide me with the item I had originally chosen, they offered me an equivalent one (actually of slightly higher cost) at the same price in order to meet the expected delivery time. I found this to be a serious and fair attitude that I greatly appreciated.
