Incomplete order

It’s been 10 days and I’m still waiting for the rest of the parts to be sent so I can assemble the stool, because it arrived without half the materials. I’m very unhappy.

Do they need to be assembled?

All you have to do is fit the seat, and it’s very easy; they even provide the tool, and everything is very well packaged.
