The Dining Lotus dining table combines a generous oval top in genuine Carrara marble with a central cast aluminium base. Its capacity for up to eight people makes it suitable for family meals, gatherings and dining rooms where the table takes on a prominent role.
The tabletop is made from natural Carrara marble with a polished and aged finish. The veining is part of the stone’s natural character and may vary from one piece to another, giving each surface its own individual appearance.
The cast aluminium base uses a central pedestal configuration that replaces the traditional four legs. This solution reduces the number of visible supports around the perimeter and leaves the lower area visually clearer for arranging chairs around the oval tabletop.
Measuring 199 cm wide, the Dining Lotus is designed to accommodate up to eight diners. Its design is inspired by Eero Saarinen’s oval Tulip table and combines natural stone, a single central base and generous proportions in a dining table intended to become a focal point in the room.
Is it suitable for family meals or gatherings with several guests?
Yes. The Dining Lotus is designed to accommodate up to 8 people and offers a generous format for gatherings around one table.
What does the central pedestal offer compared with a four-legged table?
It reduces the supports positioned around the perimeter and leaves the area underneath visually clearer for arranging chairs.
Will every table have exactly the same veining?
No. As it is made from genuine Carrara marble, each tabletop may show natural variations in the pattern and distribution of the veining.
How should the marble tabletop be cared for?
Gentle cleaning methods and products suitable for natural stone should be used, avoiding acidic substances and abrasive cleaners that may affect the finish.
